Need SOme info about the 2.3 & 3.0 wheel hubs

Hey what's up, I got a 2.3l with the 4 lug wheel hub.

What I want to know is, can I replace that with the 5 lug wheel hub from a 3.0l ?

would they fit directly, or would I have to do some conversions?
