New here what year accord is better.

Glad to be here with everyone. i looking for accord sedan 99-02 which year is better and what changes do they have between years. i would love a coupe if it had more room. how much sould pay for a sedan. thanks.

haha the price should really depend on miliage tho...

id say about 3.5k-4k is good for around 100k mile

depends on what your looking for in 2000 they came out with a new black,
nighthawk black pearl,in 2000 they came out with upgraded leather which is a lot better then 98 and 99 which i had a 99 and didnt like the leather,i think they came out with side air bags in 2000 i think casue my 99 accord ex l didnt have side air bags,so

upgraded leather in 2000
new color black
side air bags
and 4 wheel abs

in 01 and 02 came out with traction control

Lets not forget in 01-02 they came out with the cool OEM fogs, and the better tail lights for red & clear..

01-02 has TCS (Traction Control System), silver aka fake aluminum trim, five sokes wheel with slot in the middle of spoke (sorry for spelling), silver gauge and red needle, difference front bumper with foglight hole, side skirt, rear bumper, sorry no lip kit, 6 CD changer in dash with HU.

98-00 has fake wood trim, 00 has side airbag and use ignition coil [although leather still the same in the coupe (sh*ty)] come with foglight but doesn't have sperate hole like 01-02, 98-00 you can add on an OEM lip kit as additional option (COUPE ONLY). 98-99 use distrubutor and lighter than the rest of other Accord, Single CD only.

All of these information base on ACCORD COUPE EX V6, I own an 99 AV6 EX and my mom has 00 AV6 EX.

I like the 01-02 sedan (mine is an 02). When you take the plate off the front bumper is smooth and has no flat spot for the license plate. Also the stock 01-02 ex alloys are teh ****!

98-00 sedans are the best. and make sure you get a manual, the autos are beat
