you could always buy the fiberglass replica sides. and mod those to fit. thats what myself and a few others have done.

I have the oe lip for the 98 i hate how it looks as well from the front its to boxy type look and then, the new lip looks boxy too i mean cmon if they have the money and resources to do it at least make it look nice.
