You gotta ask yourself if you really wanna invest in a gas guzzling V8. I hear G35's aren't that fuel efficient either. If I had to choose though (which I wish was my case), I would go for the M45. Its got a ton of luxury goodies, and also RWD sportiness. I was actually looking at those for a bit, but decided against it due to the rising gas prices.

no go for the m45 dont waist your time with that swap when you will have more power an luxury amenties than what you will pay to with just to swap with no horse power to go along with it

Get and evo 9 and get it tunned on e85 that = fast car without paying 4$ for 93octane. Or like someone said above you could get the m35 with the v6 if gas prices are the issue.
