"Non-6GA Car Chat" needs title change

Ok, we have all seen the countless number of threads that end up in this section that have nothing to do with cars. I can think of 3 threads in the top 6 that account for that right now.

I think if it was changed to "Car Chat - Non-6GA" the problem would be mostly eliminated. Hopefully they will find their way to Off-Topic and Smackdown.
