noob question, about suspension

my question is: i have a 4 door sedan 4 cyl its on cut eibach sporline springs stock struts. my friend has a v6 coupe and hes getting ff type 1's and he has tein springs. so will his v6 struts/springs fit my 4 door 4 cyl?

my car is pretty stiff but when i hit a bumpy road it gets a little bounce.

His springs are made for the V6, meaning the spring rates are different than the springs made for your 4cyl. And stock struts with lowering springs will end in blown struts.

Just save some cash, and get some aftermarket struts to go with the Teins.

You're first mistake was the cut springs.

There are plenty of deals on coils to be found, be it on this Forum or elsewhere online.

Pick up some function and forms 1 or 2, or koni yellow struts with ground control coilovers. But yes, use the teins with some good struts if you dnt want to dish out the cash.
