I bought itzcharlie oem lip and have it fitting like an glove on an 01-02 coupe bumper. My bud who works with fiberglass everyday said he could make the oem lips all day long.

ive talked to them about making front lip for 01-02 accords before. they said they needed an 01-02 OEM front bumper to ship to china to make the lips

give them the one in your dad's garage!
