5w30 is what's recommend for the 6thgen, so you should use that.
If you're over 100K miles, start using 10w30

i thought it's 5w30 for summer and 10w30?

EWWW CASTROL....I PUT CASTROL IN ...and my car running like ****....seriusly...ever since i got my car i try so many diffrent oill...castrol syn, pennzoil, valvoline, gtx, and mobil1 ,,,and i honetsly said,,,i love the mobil1 the most..is perfrom well,and 5w-30 is what i alway and will alway use ...

i doubt you could be able to tell with 3k intervals. too many factors are at hand.
