So I was doing a little search before I ask for advice:

"Do that:

Direct to catch can, vent to air if preferably, try to put it at front so your heater blower don´t suck the fumes into the car...or you make it vent under the car!

No more PCV, no more air contamination of the intake with oil vapours!"

However my problem is when I don't push this button I can smell the fumes in the heat. Any help?

That is the 'recirculate' button.

When OFF it sucks fresh air from outside, usually at the base of the windshield.

When ON it sucks from down near the passenger footwell.

To check (you leave it off, right?):
Turn it on, let it run there for awhile, like 15min at least! Still smell it? If yes, it must be in the dashboard.

Double check, start the car, pop the hood. Stick your head up near the passenger side windshield base. Smell it? If yes, it's in the engine bay.

IB: you have a leaking valve cover gasket, and you are getting the fumes through the windshield base from the engine bay.
