You can get a used kit with all the hardware for about $400
From what I hear, it's fairley simple to install

No, after you purchase the kit all you need to do is install it and get a bottle fill ($30-$50 depending where you are). Four-five hours to install it and you'll be ready to go

For a 50-75 shot...not really as long as your not running it any longer than say...10sec.

you can run it longer than 10 seconds... 10 seconds won't even get you to a 1/4 mile from a dead stop. most manufacturer's say not to spray longer than 20.

and regardless of what kind of chip it is, it's not going to work with nitrous. because just about every chip i've ever seen advances timing in one way or another, which is a no no for nitrous.
