Well done, it looks great. If you did it right, the trim-brite should last, trust me. I did the same thing on mine. No problems for over a year.

I'm bringing my chrome trim back. I think it will flow better with my wheels :)

looks cool.. but electrical tape? what if it gets really hot outside and it melts the tape? :skurred:

the DX 6ga has black trims that u can use to replace ur existing chrome trim

Trim-brite, which is the stuff OP claimed to use, is not like electrical tape. It is a vinyl made specifically for the purpose he used it for. I've had mine on for over a year and not a single bubble, peel, tear, or bear exposed spot.

DX trim would be the best to use though, you are right Roy :thumbsup:.
