I just had my shocks/spring assembly disassembled because I wanna sell it. But the shocks each have this orange circular like thing at the end of it. Is that part of the shocks or part of the oem top hat? I wanna keep the top hats in case I wanna go back to stock, but can't seem to get those orange things out.

Bottom line, if I wanna sell just the shocks, do I keep the orange thing or find some way to get it out and keep it?

Those are the bumpstops. I believe a wrench or allen wrench is needed to access them to remove them.

You will need those for whatever suspension you put back on the car. Cause new suspension doesn't come with those.

Whoever buys them should have bumpstops on their current suspension so keep it.
