he may have been joking how your using your emergency jack to lift your car... not safe
I have a regular car jack but I needed the whole end of the car lifted...
And why is this not safe?

This. I used the same paint for my calipers and my engine covers. Has kind of a titanium color.. kind of a gunmetal bronze color. Hard to describe. I'll take a pic or two later.
