Painting rear taillights

yeah I bought some stuff similar to that if you look a couple pages back on the thread. I was just showing an alternative since its related to this topic.

so im a new member and this is my first post. now that i got that outta the way, ive been readin this thread and its def somethin thats been interesting me and somethin ive been wantin to do. so stupid question, do u spray the tint on the outside only? and would it make it diff if u were to also do it on the inside? anythin will be helpful, i appreciate it.

just do the outside. you can sand it down with some fine sandpaper if you want a glossy look after you apply the clearcoat.

clearcoat about 2-3 layers. after that, use 1000+ grit sand paper and sand the surface to make it smooth.

I just sprayed and didnt use clearcoat, they came out nice and smooth and shiny.
