well the F20B is completely different from other F series as the F20C is .. the F20b is more familiar to an H-series motor.. so H blocks and F20B heads are interchangeable .. but the F23 wont match up at all.

I have an h22 head on my f23 block. So if the h22 head and f20b are interchangeable, then it would probably be the same for the f23 block with f20b head. h22 head + f23 block= g23. f20b head + f23 block= ?
