Dont give up on the drop. I got a set of 6th gen springs for $20 on ebay once. I gave them away with my car though.

what's the absolute cheapest i could get a drop for (mainly cosmetic, i'd like to retain a decent ride).

started from scratch trying to get everything as 'realistic' as possible (including dimensions).

tried to base it off this pic:

i made my tires a bit bigger, left a little more rubber showing, re-did the tint (less dark), got rid of the orange in the tail light, and raised it about an inch.

but i still can't get the color to look quite right (on the rims).

i'm still considering getting these wheels before a drop. there's not too many deals like this that come up locally (MN).

Yeah I paste the whole tire/rims image cuz your tires kinda dont work...

If you don't drop at least 2" the car will look 4 x 4...

You ask for a rim chop not for a car wash...
