I put HID lighting in my friend's 2006 Sonata projectors, which were not HID originally. Worked out well.

If they are replacing Camry projectors with something else, it doesn't seem like they are all that great.
Not to mention they are fresnel lenses, which means that they aren't smooth(preferred, IMO, think AP1 projectors).
On the other hand, you can get them for a good deal, so why not give them a try and see how you like them.
