Monroe makes a quick fit damper for our cars that comes full with damper/spring/top hat(everything)...so you pretty much take old ones off and put new ones on. However i don't know what to say about the quality of them.
I'd recommended just buying some tokico blues and swapping over your oem springs/top hats...or KYB Gr2 dampers and swapping over your oem springs/top hats.

while were on this topic. what way is there to tell if your struts are goin bad...Reason asking I was at another Honda Dealer in bc and they were tellin me my rear struts were bad? IM not noticing anything unsual like any sounds or bouncy suspension...could it be they were just trying to upsell me?
My suspension setup right now is koni yellow's but not sure on tha springs they came with my car?
