Hey guys, dont know if his has been covered already, but my sedan engine v6 was replaced some years ago with one from a coupe. The whole subframe was swapped with rack and everything, but now my rack had taken a ***** and at my job (autozone) there is a difference between the coupe rack and sedan rack. DOES ANYONE KNOW WAT THAT DIFFERENCE IS?

That's a good question, you're right the part numbers are different (sedan 53601-S87-A02 vs. coupe 53601-S82-A51). The coupe rack appears to have a couple more parts than the sedan rack, but diagrams are nearly identical. Car-part has V6/i4 racks as being the same, but V6/i4 sedan racks as being different. Kind of confusing. Anyway Car-part has racks for $100 - $125, might just have to buy one and compare to your coupe rack. Short of having them both in hand, not sure you'll get any answers.

But if you own a sedan, why not just buy the sedan rack since that's what your car is suppose to have, and put it in?
