You mentioned in the F/S thread it fits over the OEM kit, I assume you mean the 01-02 side skirts?

My Xenon kit did as well, which is convenient.

It fits the front bumper fine but you leave the side skirts on and bolt them to it.

Yeah, both kits were designed like that. Makes more sense.

Its solid. It will also help to make sure that the bumper itself is secure, replace worn bumper clips, tighten loose fasteners, and check under the headlights where the plastic meets the medal brackets.
