rad fan not working

I don't think the oil level has doing anything with rad fan. It's possible the fuse is blow up, and also checking the wires around near the rad fans to make sure it's not disconnected or something. It happened to me a month ago.

Of the oil level gets too low causing the car to over heat then it could possibly jack up the rad and also the thermostat which could blow a fuse. It isn't a primary issue but something that can me causing the issue dude is having. I am just suggesting since dudes hood is open that he might as well check the easy stuff since it might actually be a factor in the problem/symptoms that is going on. Just as changing the thermostat does have an effect on the rad motor kicking on (confirmed by fix it book) there may be things get might not seem linked but are.
