I've not placed an order yet, but how do you install one of these into your steering wheel?

Also, do they work with most head unit steering wheel adapters?

Yeah, if you car doesn't already have this, it's going to be a PITA to install. Not worth it IMO.

Can you elaborate on this a little? I bought a steering wheel a few months ago with the Audio switch on it already. I know you have to take the airbag off to even access the area to put the switch in, right? The only reason why I haven't even tried is because I'm not sure if my EX (which didn't come with the switch) even has the harness for it there already (i.e. I'd just have to plug in the switch, or if I'd need a harness).

you need a new wiring harnes for it to work oem. you will need to buy the v6 horn/radio/cruise harnes and run it instead of the stock horn/cruise. honda doesnt even sell the plug by itself. i tried to do something like this myself. not worth the money imo
