there likely wont be any updates to this project til friday. my new job is killing me right now since im not used to it. i work 7-7 and when i get home i really dont feel like even thinking about the car. once i get into the swing of things at work which will hopefully be by friday, then i'll start working on it again.

I hear ya, I work 8-6 and don’t feel like exerting myself when I get home, lol. The only time I get car stuff done is on the weekends. Take it easy, you’ll get use to it.

Started sanding with 80 grit to level everything out, despite how fairly even the previous pictures look, 80 grit was required to actually get things flat, some spots might require a little bit of 60 to speed up the sanding process.

im sure i'll run into low spots throughout so for now, im sanding everything as flat as i can, then once ive sanded the whole roof down to about 400-600 grit, i'll do some tiny epoxy touch ups and then sand those touch ups tomorrow.

sanding epoxy sucks so bad, it clogs the paper up SUPER fast even with soapy water, im literally cleaning off the sandpaper every 10-15 strokes of the sanding block. this sanding stage is going to take some time.
