I would say replace the TPS or the MAP

I forgot to mention that the revving up/down only happens in Park and neutral position. Other gears are normal.
Is there something else I can try that won't cost $100? haha
I don't have a voltmeter to check for bad sensor either.

I would highly recommend getting a multimeter. If you have a Harbor Freight near by you could go there and get one for $5 if not free.

Turn out to be a simple vacuum leak.
