It kind of has that rat rod thing going on, which is in one way cool...but I'd have kept it as it is in the first photo. The clean crisp lines of 80's boxiness on these old Bimmers, as long as they have a fresh paint job, is timeless in its own way.

I love it. But I love rat rods, anything low, and old BMWs. The chopped top is just awesome IMO.

One day when I have money to blow, I'm gonna do this to a 6th gen coupe and piss you all off. haha

i liked the fighter paint phase. I don't know what the interior was like at that point, but I don't understand why he did what he did to the interior. the chop top would be cool if it didn't look so ghetto imo

First time seeing the version 1 phase.. I actually liked his version 2 a lot but I would rather rock version 1.

Version 4.. that $hit gots to go. That chopped top is butt ugly but I do like the wheels though.

Its like the dirty raggy clothes trend. I just tell people u should have just went to goodwill, this guy should have just went to a junk yard to find a running car, chop the springs and add some nice wheels. Makes no sense at all to follow these kinds of trends.
