seatbelt wont retract

hey ive tried searching on here for a thread to help me out. so far no luck.

my seatbelts in the front are having troubles retracting. usually have to feed it back in manually. really annoying. just wondering if someone could guide me to fixing this myself???

honda has lifetime warranties on every seatbelt. i would ask them first if they will fix it

yeah i called em and they said its covered if my car has never been in an accident. my cars been through some sh*t
