^ Exactly +1. Check the swaybar bushing, but not only those, check for broken linkages.. Both these possibilities often cause clunking. If you're hearing a whirring constantly it's your bearings. If clicking then CV axles.
For the squeak on the brakes, check your pads and rotors. If the rotors are gouged then the metal piece could have caused this from extremely worn pads, so that when you press brakes there is an inaudible grinding which shifts to an audible squeaking due to pad wear.
