Since I have yet to roll my fenders, is it both the front/rear tabs that need modifying?

my fronts i didnt roll yet.

my rears are rolled, but the only thing that hits is the bumper tab thingy. i think i might just let it rub itself away, not sure if i need to take everything off and cut away at it...

then maybe a 10mm spacer

you definitely have to. the part of the tab on the bumper is plastic, but on the car its metal, haha, so its not gonna just rub away. i need to relocate my bumper tabs further back, but im having a tiny rust issue on the one rear quarter, so im gonna wait til i get that fixed to deal with moving my tab back.
