So, I know most people black house their lights. I've seen a few red housings to match the car. But has anyone done silver housings on a silver car? If so how does it look? Highly considering it. Sounds like a good idea

I think it'll look good.

I say go for it, be different.

The worst thing can happen is not turning out the way you want it to be, but you can always repaint it to black.

I recall seeing someone on the site that red-housed his headlights. Different, but still a good look.

hmmm. I wonder if you would notice as much a difference. Chrome in a sense is already silver, but I guess it would be more of a matte silver to match the car. keep in mind you could get creative with it too. I paint matched my reflector strips. another thing you could do i black house the headlights the way people normally do it, and then for the back chrome parts color match the silver and put a high gloss on it, so in theory it would reflect. just googled white house headlights and saw some a cool white cg, but prolly wouldn't work with white on silver
