It does fit the regular vtec as well, the one he's selling is the rear downstream sensor which is the same for Ulev (F23A4), non-Ulev Vtec (F23A1), DX non-Vtec (F23A5) and V6 (J30A1). ITS THE FRONT SENSOR that is different for the ULEV which is a wideband sensor (DEnso 234-9025).
