Something that will lower my car!

Hey fellow forum members,

I have an 99 coupe V6 and I am planning to lower my car soon. I'm currently driving on 16'' Stock wheels and I want to lower it enough so that there is hardly any gap. My budget is about $300 (max) so I don't think I can afford coilovers.
