Okay, so when I was putting in my strut bars I accidentally left the fuse box under the strut bars. I tried to move the box so I could bolt the fuse box to the strut bar but accidentally touched one of the wires that connects to the 100A Battery fuse. I saw a spark and assumed the worst.

I tried to start the car, lights came on then faded. Now nothing happens when I turn the key. I can jump the car and it runs fine, but as soon as I turn it off it, no lights turn on when I turn the key. I'm thinking it must be a fuse, but maybe I somehow instantly zapped the battery? I took the four cylinder battery and it made a spark. The lights came on, when I turned the key I heard a click and all the lights shut off.

Check the fuses. Use a test light or DMM, you can't 'zap' the battery.
