One piece with the head. I have never pulled 'em, probly cast in, as in, no threads.

why do you want to remove 'em?

you should be able to do any machine or gasket repair while they are in...basically, pulling them results in a crappier head.

Well my harmonic balance bolt came out while I was driving so it fell off then the key behind it fell out too so I lost can timing so I bent some exhaust valves... I picked up another head but the tubes are screwed up. Was planning on doing a head swap
