Sponge Intake Filters Any Good???

Are these sponge intake filters any good??? Might buy one if anyone has had good experience with them although they look like they might be hard to clean and reuse.

I tend to stay away from them, they don't filter as well as synthetic media, cotton gauze or paper.

I even replace the Comptech ones.

I have one on my boosted accord. Works fine for me.

don't use those. they're ****ty. they don't flow as well as the regular filters and they have a nasty habit of flakeing off and your engine doesn't run to well when the air/fuel mixture is replaced with a foam/fuel mixture lol
