This spring break, I spent a week in Jamaica doing humanitarian work through American Caribbean Experience. I did construction, tutored elementary age kids in math and science, did a LOT of computer work and I also helped in an infirmary (basically a dumping ground for people that nobody wants). This trip opened my eyes in so many ways to what life is like outside of the USA, the extreme poverty, disease and lack of education and discipline. My trip was amazing, and I am planning on going back many more times and I strongly encourage anyone that is even remotely interested in doing anything along the same lines to do it.

Ok, now on to pictures, since thats the only reason you are looking anyways :lawl:

I have about 700 more of these, but I didn't have time to go through them all, I may put more up later. I hope you enjoyed learning about my spring break, haha.

We were just outside of Port Maria. The trip was amazing, it really opened my eyes to what people outside of my little suburbia go through. Jamaica is the most beautiful place I have ever been to though, absolutely gorgeous.
