Since im a College student that works few hours a week, im on a budget. I would like to lower my car to eliminate my wheel gap just like everyone else. Im looking for lower springs to that are not pricy and that i can use on my stock struts. I was thinking about H&R Race springs but i think it would take a beating on my tires too much. Suggestions on the springs I should get???

Well on H&R's website they have a footnote specifically for the race springs and it says "Performance aftermarket shocks or struts are highly recommended in this application."

Yeah I have the Race springs and they definitely need a high quality shock to go with them.

Eibach Pro-Kit springs are about the only springs you could use on stock shocks.

I would shop around V6P.net, Acurazine.com, and also the For Sale thread on this forum and see what kind of deals you can find.

I would go with the Tenzo R springs. They look perfect on stock rims and tires and are faily cheap too. Got mine off of ebay.
