Is it possible to install the Eibach Pro Kit springs from an Acura TL 2004 on my 2001 Accord? I know the TL shares the same suspension with the '03 Accord but is there a slight possibility, with slight modifications, that it could fit my Accord?

With 6GA top hats they should fit. But the bigger issue is the spring specs, the 3G TL is bigger and heavier, the car may not ride well. 2G TL springs would be closer. Still, I would just buy parts that were actually designed for your car.
