TCS and Engine Check - Help!

Wen i turn the car on, the engine check sign is on. After a while the TCS light comes on and stays on. The TCS goes away after restarting the car but comes back on after ive driven like 0.5 miles. Does anyone have computer so i can find out what exactly is wrong with the TCS or if its just a sensor issue? and how can i get rid of those lights??!!

Whenever a DTC is stored, it will automatically disable the TCS. It happens in Toyotas and other manufactures as well, so don't panic. Go to autozone or somewhere and get the code downloaded to a OBDII code reader. Look up the code and replace whatever part or sensor that triggered the DTC.

I did that to my air bag light in my other car. I was tired of looking at it/people telling me the air bag light is on.

My TCS and check engine light just came on simultaneously while driving earlier. Im gonna have to take my car to the shop tomorrow, sucks.

Probably a wheel speed sensor... grab a scanner and watch the datastream while driving.
