loving the dropping! And of course I love the tl wheels.
I am 24" no gap from fender to ground. My setup is 17x8+40 in front and 17x8+25 in rear from spacers and my fenders are rolled and pulled so I never really deal with rubbing.

i say u should get smaller tires...
maybe in the 225x45 area... and lowered it moar...

O yeah, I'm running 225s instead of 235s to create a tiny bit of stretch to help with clearance.

Ahh yeah that's why.
225/45/17 is the best tire size (closest to OEM diameter) for the Accord. And it would help you not rub so much. But since you already have these tires, I'm guessing you'll raise it up a tad and run it like that until you need new tires. THEN get 225's.
