Lol, if only it were that easy. Don't get your hopes up high. I was in a bad accident last year with the other party 100% at fault and their insurance is low balling like crazy. And I have an attorney. Expect lots of therapy if you decide to "sue". Lol Hope your car doesn't get totaled out. If they do, take the money, buy the car back and get it fixed somewhere cheap.
