ticking sound

ok so there is a ticking sound coming from around the belt area. i just had the timing belt replaced 2 months ago by honda so i dont think that it could be that. not only that but all the belts are tight. im thinking that mabe it is coming from under the valve cover. im about to roll over to 100k so mabe i just need a tune up??????? any and all help would be great!!! thanks guys!

Sounds like it may be the Idler Tensioner Pulley. When the bearing going out in that it sounds like a ticking. Do you have a mechanic's stesiscope?
