So i've looked around on here. I'm fairly new, so maybe i didnt look hard enough 
but i had my cylinder head off and back on and there were some other things going on which left me to the point where i need to redo the timing to make sure everything is where it should be. i have a new belt in hand, i even got some information and picture off mitchell (its what we have at our ford dealer for other brands) but i still cant manage to figure out what i have to do. Anyone have any experience with this area? 2.3L F23a4
