Can the police give you a tint ticket if your car is parked? I'm in PA too

if they REALLY wanted to theyll wait a bit out of sight until you pull out to the streets then theyll pull you over.

I know in NY if your in your car yes but most cops won't bother unless you give them a reason or meet quota

If the car is parked, no. If it is being driven, yes.

Check the laws in your state.

Fascinating law....if it is parked, and empty, they cannot give you a ticket.
