Tire Size & Wheel width

what wheel width will I need to effectively fit a 245/35/18 tires? what about a 255/35/18, and a 265/35/18?

I'm looking for day to day functionality, and I'm either going to get 245s or 265s

will 245s fit over 18x8?

Wouldn't the tire size be too big anyways? Shouldn't we be sticking to 205-225(max)?

If you're willing to do the appropriate fender work a 255 would look sweet. Just use a tire calculator like 1010Tires' online one and figure out the best width for your needs.

i went to the 1010tire website and the calculator tool, seems like 245 will fit my wheels. 255 and above I will need 8 tires.

I think 245 will probably be my best bet
