UPDATE: I did a nearly full LED conversion on the interior. I also got my Mugen oil cap on. Pics to come.

Wow! It's been awhile! Anywho, car had been overheating, turns out the thermostat was melted shut, and the head gaskets were toast. I believe it all started with the head gaskets. Anywho, led the car into a shop, ended up with a $2600 bill. New thermostat, alternator, timing belt and belt tensioner, oil change, heads refinished and resurfaced, trans flush, radiator flush, head bolts, head gaskets, right side motor mount(invoice just says "broken"). So, the car is back, running super smooth, and I'm happy. Now, for the news. As much as I love my Skunk2, the car is pretty much my wifes DD these days, so I am going with something a little less race car. I have heard good things about the Magnaflow dual tip knock offs, so I figure I'd try one for $50. This is the one I picked up, http://www.ebay.com/itm/New-Vibrant...Parts_Accessories&hash=item3385eab87d&vxp=mtr. As far as plans these days, clean it up, audio stuff, and we'll see what happens from there.

Alrighty, so I've been thinking about exhaust options lately, and ended up ordering a generic, Ebay dual tip muffler. 2.5" inlet, dual 3" outlets. It's all black. Going to get my current exhaust set up so it basically has interchangeable axle backs. Skunk2, Ebay, and straight pipe.

Wow. It has been a long time! So. Updates. I got my exhaust redone. Went with a Yonaka 2.5" resonator, to a dual HPF titanium tip. Sounds way better, no drone, and isn't a massive muffler. Haha I love it! Not to mention, with the test pipe on, it screams! Sounds like an exotic super car. I love it! Even with the cat, it turns heads like never before. I've accomplished some other stuff lately as well. Blacked out the headlight lenses, unfortunately the driver's side lens is still crap. The driver side headlight didn't have any seals, so it was full of dirt and other nature. Gonna have to locate a new one. Also went full red with the tails, Plasti-dipped the rear badges, removed the front emblem, and painted the wheels and hubcaps. Yes, the hubcaps, I can't stand them, but I can't afford to replace them yet. It's definitely taken a turn for the better. Plans call for repainting and repairing the rear bumper, a sub setup, and lowering it.

Just some odd shots. Got more on the way. Also planning a meet in Downtown Sac. This one is going to be open to everyone though, not just Hondas.

As far as audio, the list goes: Sound Ordinance 2x 12" ported box, 2x Polk DB 1240s, Kenwood 1800W Mono amp, Rockford wiring kit, Polk MM 6.5" speakers in the front and Polk MM 6x9" in the rear. Going to replace the JVC head unit with a Pioneer, most likely.

Your next mod should be to your sig pic........it's WAY too big.

Will look good once you've lowered it, even with the hubcaps.

How's the exhaust sound?

There area couple threads with cheap and/or easy mods. Search them up, and I believe one is stickied.

Car looks good, keep it up.

Haha I know. I changed it late last night and forgot to resize it to 6GA rules. Will do it when I get home. The exhaust sounds fantastic. I'll make some videos soon to share. The test pipe is going back on for a trip in April. Will do a vid for that then. It sounds incredible, but its hard to enjoy it fully when I'm watching out for cops. Haha There is a full shock, springs, and anti-roll kit from Eibach on Craigslist right now, brand new, for $500. Im trying to conserve funds, but it is so tempting. I definitely need to delve deeper into the forums soon, just trying to find time away from life. Thanks for the props, guys! Im happy with the progress and im excited to be back on it. Im researching body repair and paint now, planning on repairing and repaintinf the rear bumper. Im hoping to be proficient with paint by summer.
