Rev matching is a good practice, its easier on the transmission and it does not disturb the cars balance going around corners.

Nice find dude. I honestly learned all this from playing Gran Turismo religiously. NFS Shift keeps you on good race lines too. Also used to do it all the time whenever I went on go-karts at parks. My brother always yelled at me about why I was going faster. Not really any roads out here I can actually do this **** on,unless I get a friend to spot me for traffic, but once my swap is done I'm gona be quite tempted to really try. As for shopping carts, the entertainment of drifting and running racing lines with shopping carts is quite simpley the reason I kept my sanity while having to shop with my mother lol
