17x8 +45 won't be a problem at all, from experience. Same with a 18x8 +45 (with a lower profile tire of course).

If anything you'd just need to shave a little off of the bumper tab in the rear wheel wells. Easy.

I have 17x8 40 offset and before I installed my coilovers I had a 2 inch drop and there was no rubbing or problems

i was thinking 17x8 +35 offset.. but not sure if that offset will cause rubbing

It probably will. With an 8 in width, you want at least +42 offset. +45 is even better. If you went 17x7 +35, that may be a different story.

ok so if i was to got 17x7 to be safe, whats a good offset that will give it the most aggressive look without rubbing or camber kit
