Same with a 18x8 +45 (with a lower profile tire of course). If anything you'd just need to shave a little off of the bumper tab in the rear wheel wells. Easy.

It probably will. With an 8 in width, you want at least +42 offset. +45 is even better. If you went 17x7 +35, that may be a different story.
