Will the subframe from a v6 fit the 4cyl? Or even the cross member?

Don't think so. Take a look at a parts diagram and compare the drawings/part numbers. You didn't get everything figured out from your other thread?

Take a good look at your sub frame and the rear cross member. Take pics and/or video camera. Go down to the shop and compare both subframes visually.

I say go to the shop and compare because sometimes those shops don't know what they are selling.

It's hard to go by diagrams sometimes because, sometimes they use the same pic/diagram and just label it with part #'s different.

** Auto vs Manual, subframe and/or rear cross member could be different for these also.

Just checked and auto vs manual have the same part numbers for the cross member.

I may go back down and take another look at the sub frame.

So from what I heard the v6 sub frame will bolt up but I will have issues with the motor mounts.

Would I be able to bolt/weld the old mounts onto the v6 sub frame and have that work?
