Valve cover thread

looks like www.tasauto.com has some powdercoated valve covers for you 4cyl. guys in the generic red, blue, and chrome.. they have blue v6 ones but im not really sure if i want em yet or not.... hmmm

since i just recently painted my engine bay pieces, i guess this is the place to put it.

^ so what kind of paint SHOULD i use on my V6 VC? since its plastic.., and what color you think i should go with..

A valve cover I had powdercoated but never got a chance to install sold it to a member.

That valve cover looks sick, powder coating gives it that nice texture. I'll be doing mine soon and i was thinking about an off the wall color like yellow.

you can use any paint to paint your V6 valve cover.

I am curious to know what you guys do to mask the letters, or do you paint over them, and then polish after the fact, and then clear coat?

Whats the easiest/best way to do it?

I'll get pictures up of the valve cover I got off of eBay.

The previous owner painted it wrinkle black.
