My powr goal is to reach 200whp and budget is 1500 everything else is not set in stone

Honestly if you can't figure this out, you shouldn't be tackling an engine build.

Rods are $800 - There's half your budget gone. Plus machine work, plus assembly if you can't do it yourself. Plus bearings, gaskets, and a tune...

$1500 bux...if you're 5spd - get a better clutch and a nitrous kit
For a 200whp power goal stock block is more than enough. I had the Accord probably in the mid-high 200s and it ran great for years. $1500 is a doable, but you gotta find parts on the cheap. You also can't forget about buying an ECU and paying for the tuning. I am selling turbo parts from my build. If you want anything specifically, let me know.
